1 working washer with the other 1 displaying an error code. The manager on duty basically said its not her job to figure out the... washer.. Don't stop here if you plan on doing laundry. Looks like I'll be wearing dirty clothes tomorrow. Highly disappointedsince we drivers don't have a choice but to stop at these places to do laundry. Read more
Nice place, great customer service the only and mainly reason I?m giving 1 star is due to the pumps constantly vapor locking.... This has happened almost every time I fuel here. The workers are quick to help and try n fix the situation but that don?t helpthe hours I lose while waiting for the pumps to get fixed. If your looking for a quick in and out perfect place to go but do notand I repeat do not fuel here if you are in a hurry! Read more
Good snacks and hot food. Large parking and friendly staff
Stopped in here to get a shower. Employees were very nice and the pizza was as good if not better than a few big name places.... They even sold my Everyman Jack line of soap. This is now my go to stop. 6 stars. ???????? Read more

I have to share this review.. I ran out of hours had to stop it was around 6 or 7 pm Oct 4th. Found this Pilot truck stop 9890... Se, MO-13, Collins, MO 64738 store # 385 .. Let me first say the staff in the day time was very nice even the fact there werestill new and in training, they tried to be helpful much as possible But the night manager I think her name start with a ( R ).Wow she was so helpful and great customer service it felt like I was in a fancy Hotel but real sitting in the truck lounge. Shealway making sure I was well taken care of , couldn't believe how nice she was.. thank you keep up the great work.... Pros >plenty of parking ,clean bathrooms ... subways, and small laundry facilities with small truck lounge ... Cons > little smallstore wish they made this a larger store with more room and a restaurant...... Read more
