Owner and his wife are friendly and caring. It felt like walking into your grandparents' place and being taken care of. Food is... made fresh to order every time, so you need to be okay with a little wait...but it's worth it. Grinders are all well filled;very generous portions. My group of 8 enjoyed a delightful clam casino and a bacon, onions, peppers, and mushrooms pizza. A member of the group had a... cheeseburger with fries. Not one of us had a bad thing to say about any of the food. The not too thin nor thick pizza crust wasgolden on the outside. We shared a delicious flan for dessert. The people who run this are awesome! They know a lot of the locals, and are always happy to see the locals. My kids tell me that... when they go in there now (20 and 18) , the owners always remember them and come over to ask how they're doing. The other nightI called about 8:50 and asked when they close. They closed at 9:00 but not only still took my pizza order; they were genuinelyapologetic that they had already shut off the oil for the fries. They make nice salads and hot grinders as well as pizza. Ihaven't ordered any of their other menu items, but everyone says they are just as good. A really nice place with really nicepeople. Read more
We actually had 2 visits here during our stay and it was amazing food and service. The very 1st visit in we sat and talked to... the owners about numerous things and they made us feel so at home. The staff here are so polite and courteous that it almost doesn't matter what the food tastes like. You will enjoy being greeted... with such kindness. As it turns out though, the pizza is great also! Traditional pizza grinder shop menu plus a few Ecuadoriandishes. ABC Pizza is clean, friendly and reasonably priced. Getting that large pizza to-go?
