The waitress was very nice and cracked up many jokes with us and even made sure we had refills. the food was really good and was... cooked nicely. The chicken was a bit dry though. However yhe pasta, Pretals and mozzarella sticks where great. Read more
They were busy that day but our server didn't miss a beat. Food was amazing and in big portions.
Normally, this place is decent. But tonight (Sept. 24, 2022) the service left A LOT to be desired. It took almost 10 minutes... after being seated for our waitress to come take our drink order. We were a party of 3. 2 of us ordered drinks from the bar.Bartender was MIA for quite some time. We got our appetizer long before we got ANY drinks. The bartender finally showed up andtalked with people seated at the bar then started putting glasses away while SEVERAL patrons were waiting on alcohol. Then shedisappeared again. Our server apologized for the lag in service stating that it was a mess in the back, and it very well couldhave been. I don't know. But the manager was walking around like she really didn't give a rat's behind with a "whatever" look onher face. At least our server was really nice. Read more
We got there after 3 ..the only customers in the restaurant and We didn't know they were closing at 4..due to lack of help..but... they served us and our food came out hot and quick.. Service was awesome. Read more
Food always good, but server Michaela was awesome ????. Sense of humor veeeery important! There were 6 of us, hadn't seen each... other in a while, wanted to visit, linger and laugh. She was really accommodating and rolled with our jokes. We had a bettertime because of her. Read more
I ordered steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli didn't receive my broccoli and I paid an extra .59 for cheese on my potatoes... and I got 3 pieces of shredded cheese. The steak was good atleast but they sent the bread sticks I ordered packaged with thesteak so they where all soggy with steak juices. Not impressed with the take out service. Read more
Food was awesome, the parm. Steak n shrimp melted in my mouth, shrimp cooked right, not little rock hard pink blobs. All you can... eat riblets were ok. The service was well.... no where as good as the riblets. I took the empty soda glasses to the bar forrefills, we tried to call our server twice on the table top game/credit card pmt. Thing. Every time she came by we ask for 2things, she always forgot 1! We tried to pay on the credit card table payment thing but our ticket wasn't entered until after wewaited 20+minutes. The waitress was really apologetic but... you can only let so much slide... our meal was $50 and we didn'teven have to dress up! At that rate I really couldn't let much slide. My meal by itself was $23.50.... We weren't happy... butsit was the best steak i have ever had from there!!!!! Read more
