Waited 5 minutes at the speaker just to order & there was only 1 person in the drive-thru in front of us. Ordered our meal &... then waited an additional 15 minutes for our food. The first window attendant gave us 1 drink (should have had 2) and it was asmall, not a medium like we asked for. Had to ask the 2nd attendant for the correct drinks. She not only scoffed, but then wasrude the rest of the time. We asked for a missing item from our order while she corrected our drinks & then thrust the last bagout the window at us. She didn't give us a chance to ask for straws or sauces. Then we get home to find a chicken Quesadillalooking like 1 chicken and cheese soft taco with a second empty tortilla shell. This Hardee's is a disappointment and we willnot be coming back here anytime soon. Read more
Change the grease more often. I like my chicken fresh and may fries hot but they will correct it when you ask them to.
I went through here 3 weeks ago and I think the young lady who was working needs some recognition. It looked like she was... working by herself and she was doing better than a staff of 4 at another restaurant I recently went to. She had a few peoplepull up, but the wait time was definitely reasonable. She should definitely receive some bonus for running it better than mostwith more staff available.
