Waited 5 minutes at the speaker just to order & there was only 1 person in the drive-thru in front of us. Ordered our meal &... then waited an additional 15 minutes for our food. The first window attendant gave us 1 drink (should have had 2) and it was asmall, not a medium like we asked for. Had to ask the 2nd attendant for the correct drinks. She not only scoffed, but then wasrude the rest of the time. We asked for a missing item from our order while she corrected our drinks & then thrust the last bagout the window at us. She didn't give us a chance to ask for straws or sauces. Then we get home to find a chicken Quesadillalooking like 1 chicken and cheese soft taco with a second empty tortilla shell. This Hardee's is a disappointment and we willnot be coming back here anytime soon. Read more
Change the grease more often. I like my chicken fresh and may fries hot but they will correct it when you ask them to.
I went through here 3 weeks ago and I think the young lady who was working needs some recognition. It looked like she was... working by herself and she was doing better than a staff of 4 at another restaurant I recently went to. She had a few peoplepull up, but the wait time was definitely reasonable. She should definitely receive some bonus for running it better than mostwith more staff available. Always love their Western thick burger. Bbq sauce, onion rings & bacon in every bite! The service is quick & friendly too.
Just drove through here for the first time in years because my 3 year old wanted a cheeseburger kids meal. When we got home this... is what he got...(a meatless bun with cheese and condiments). Please do better. Read more
big hardee was cold slop not completely cooked. at least the french fries were hot that you double charged me for I only ordered... one, you didn't give total at the order window so I didn't know until i was told to pull around and wait again. tried to talk tolady who brought food to tell them they need to give totals first and she walked away. not worth $$ Read more
Ordered chicken taco salad, coke, chicken club. Eating club later, if it's decent. NO lettuce in salad! Mostly beans, some... cheese & 3 tiny pieces of chicken. Also got wrong receipt. Cash order for 9 items. Can't return the "salad" --not my receipt. Also gas is too expensive to go back. Give 0 if I could. Used to be a good place. Read more
