Absolutely Horrible...Called at 2:45 PM for an order to make 12 Mini Jimmy Johns for pick up at 5:15 PM. While the young lady... was taking my payment another associate jumped on the phone and said " I'm sorry, there is no way we can do that. We don't havethat many ready-made. This will take 3 to 4 hours. We can't do that." I informed Him that my office has 50 or 60 of thesedelivered on a regular basis. This is an order for 12 mini sandwiches with over 2 hours to make and this store simply could nothandle an order of this magnitude. Unbelievable! Read more

This place is a sub par jimmy johns. They dont pay attention to what food they hand their drive thru customers. A vegetarian... ordered a veggie sandwich and they served her one loaded in meat. Their only offer to correct it was for me to drive back up onmy break to make me a new one. But limited time doesnt allow for that. At $10 a sandwich, they should just be offering a refundsince it cant be eaten. This place isnt considerate of customers time. Read more
Would leave zero stars if I could. Just left without anything. Its 8:05 on a Sunday night they don't close til nine the place is... absolutely dead so I thought cool ill pop through the drive thru and get a couple sandwiches.... NOPE!! The manager on duty Mattinformed me there is only enough bread for one sandwich and more bread won't be ready for 15 minutes. Thinking I have nothingbetter to do I told him I would wait 15 when he then informed me I wasn't allowed to block the drive thru for that amount oftime, but wait you have no bread so what am I blocking?! Just seemed like pure laziness and unwillingness to serve a customer anhour before close in hope to leave sooner. VERY unimpressed. Read more

They're rude to customers, they're rude to each other, the sandwich is mostly lettuce I didn't want, (they never gave me a... chance to customize it) and the manager had a worse attitude then the employees, while playing on her phone behind the servingline. (At least I thought she was the manager because of her being openly on her phone) I didn't see her wash her hands aftereither. I didn't like anything about the service I just received, less than 30mins ago. I'm going to firehouse from now on. Read more
