Their online ordering sucks. We ordered the kids chicken tenders, but it was just chicken strips. No fries. In store, when we... order, it comes with fries. My sandwich also came with no side, even though it should have chips. This is not the first timeit's happened either. Every time we order online something is wrong or missing something, or both. They need to get on this andfix it. Read more
The food is usually great, but the operation is terrible. If they forget anything from your order, they will only give you a... credit because "That's all they can do.". Every other business knows how to give refunds but somehow this is beyond theirability. And good luck using that credit. The only way to pay online is with credit card, and SURPRISE! they have a surchargefor using credit cards. Also no matter when you order online, it will say the order will be ready in 20 minutes. Really bad. I got fettuccine and it was cold with stale cold bread. The pizza was ok but it was half the size of the pan it was... serve on. Plus they charged an extra 3% to use a debit card. Never going back to this location. Read more
