The Chicago here is great but the delivery people can?t seem to deliver without EVERYTHING sliding off the pizza. I?m not sure... if they need a special ring around them, or container or what, but the delivery people need to realize they can?t put these hotpizzas in their cars sideways. Their online ordering sucks. We ordered the kids chicken tenders, but it was just chicken strips. No fries. In store, when we... order, it comes with fries. My sandwich also came with no side, even though it should have chips. This is not the first timeit's happened either. Every time we order online something is wrong or missing something, or both. The food is usually great, but the operation is terrible. If they forget anything from your order, they will only give you a... credit because "That's all they can do.". Every other business knows how to give refunds but somehow this is beyond theirability. And good luck using that credit. The only way to pay online is with credit card, and SURPRISE! they have a surchargefor using credit cards. Also no matter when you order online, it will say the order will be ready in 20 minutes. Really bad. I got fettuccine and it was cold with stale cold bread. The pizza was ok but it was half the size of the pan it was... serve on. Plus they charged an extra 3% to use a debit card. Never going back to this location. Read more

We had to wait for my wife's pizza to be made twice. New location, and I'm guessing new staff. Somebody forgot to flour the pan... the first time around and they couldn't get the pizza out. My pasta was good. Pizza is ok if you like the sweeter style ofsauce. Read more
