Normally don?t write reviews for fast food since workers are underpaid and you arent going for quality but convenience - but in... this case, the experience was exceptionally bad. They messed up my order, no one took my card at the first window so I pulled upto the second one and the worker (manager?) got upset at me - then they charged my twice for someone else?s much more expensiveorder before giving me a cash refund with no explanation or apology. WORST mcdonalds i have ever been to. Get new staff ???? Read more

Customers service sucks! Before you can even say a word they are rude. Some workers won?t even say a word to you as you smile... saying thanks and have a nice day. And they lie about what you can get because they?re too lazy to change the standard orderthey clicked before you can even finish stating your order. Read more

The lady was giving horrible attitude from the time we pulled up to window. She basically slung food bags at my daughter and my... daughter was hading them to me and she is shoving drink tray towards her telling her HERE! We checked bags before driving offand we didn't get our sweet sour sauce so my daughter asked for our sweet and sour and she hateful said 33 cents and we mydaughter told her she already paid ther lady then shuts window and turns away . So my daughter says I have my receipt the ladyreaches out and snatches out of daughters hand the lady was so rude and snotty so over the top . Really sad to treat people thathave done nothing to you. Ordered extra sauce, we paid for it, it was shown on the reciept. We did not receive the extra sauce. They tried to re charge... us for the sauce. Had to prove to them we had already paid and show them we did not receive it. Employee was confrontational. An argument ensued. Over 30 cents. When we got home we were also missing a Big Mac with no onions. We paid $60 for a service,and for a product. Neither of these were achieved. I had to use my time, my fuel, my expenses, to come and rectify the order. Please coach your team in guest satisfaction. As I am also a store manager, i understand the challenges we face, but foreverything to get crazy over 30 cents, is not worth the loss of the guest. Read more
