Reviews for McDonald's in Collinsville, IL
If I'm going to be charged for sauce (which is ridiculous, BTW, I only know of one other fast food place that does this and they... have sauce packets that are twice the size) I expect to get sauce. I come here maybe 2-3 times a month and I have only evergotten my sauce packets once, despite being charged for them every time, or I might show up more often. No stars. Went to this location yesterday for the first time ever, and literally just ordered drinks and a cup of ice. Something... gross was in my cup of ice, one of the older ladies instantly caught an attitude when I told her. Coffee was terrible, went backfor a refund, the manager was extremely rude. Food was fast but the fries were cold and one of my burgers was correct and the other one wasn't staff was friendly
There are 2 ladies that often run the drive thru in the morning & they are both amazing! I had app issues. Even after showing... them it was correct, and I was on the correct screen, they couldn't help me. (Around 11:35 am this morning). NO STARS ???? The managers at this location are extremely condescending and gross in behavior. ???? Maybe if you slow down... and focus on one meal at a time meals will be made properly. Since the insecure managers at this location can't takeconstructive criticism because you messed up my order then disrespected me and refused a refund (maybe you will listen onhere). When I got my order, the bag of fries was so loaded that the bag ripped and all my fries ended up on the ground. My order was... made wrong as well, I said no pickles and my sons hamburger had pickles. As a mom with an autistic son who ABSOLUTELY hatespickles, i say they could?ve done so much better, stop hiring children. Read more
I didn?t eat McDonald?s for years and went to this one on a whim and have been obsessed since. I stopped going due to locations... in other towns and having too many bad experiences but the Beltline location is always fast, clean, and my orders are alwaysperfect. The people that work there are polite and awesome. My food always looks neat and put together which makes me thinktheir work ethic and morale are higher than other local fast food places. I cook 6-7 days a week but if I need a quick fix, Iend up here usually. Keep it up! Read more
Was told to wait for help. Waited 15 minutes for help with kiosk and never got anyone. Orders inside are Kiosk Only! Drive thru... line is around the building. Horrible customer service for overpriced trash food. Never again!! Read more
