I am a fan of Panera Bread. Love the bagels, thus I went to receive my free reward bagel Sunday around 3pm. It was it a good... experience. They had only one person waiting on six customers. We waited patiently to be served. It took me seven minutes to beserved my free bagel. The employee could not even bread slice it for me. She had a manager work the slicer. Finally after sevenminutes I received my bagel and promptly left. I decided to give them the benefit and return Monday around the same time. Lowand behold the same experience different people. I wish I could say they treated me well but that is not the case. The store wasclean and there is plenty of parking. The do have handicap parking as well. I want to preface this: I NEVER leave reviews if I?m upset because I understand things happen, but I will not be going to this... location anymore because they have things happen every time I order. Almost every order I get from them is missing an item orsomething is made incorrectly. This has been going on for over a year, but I keep giving them chances to fix their issues. Todaywas the most recent issue (forgot to put the tub of cream cheese in an order with 3 bagels), called and they can?t refund meunless I bring my card into the store. I ordered delivery because I?m sick.. why would I come into the store to spread germs?Also if I ordered online how does that make sense? I know a tub of cream cheese seems like a small mistake, but after dealingwith them making mistakes for so long it was the final straw. Read more
