My wife ordered a Reg. size steak and cheese. The one employee made it as a small. Well, instead of correcting the whole... sandwich, the other employee told him just to put everything from the mistake onto Reg. size bread ! Didn't add more meat orcheese ! I know why, it was lunch hour on a Friday and they were pretty overwhelmed with orders ! No excuse ! Before I realizedthe mistake I offered to buy he sandwich that was a mistake. You reply we are way too busy and to behind to make anothersandwich we just fixed the one ! I said okay ! It was a fun taking no sandwiches out of the bag after we had left and werealized the mistake and what they had done ! We go to Penn station at least once a week, And that was a big disappointment forus ! I don't care how busy or overwhelmed you may be and there's a mistake I believe should be corrected fully ! Came in about 30 minutes before close. Staff seemed irritated to have guests in the lobby. After I placed my order the gal who... needed to warm up the bread made a smart comment about kicking customers out. After hearing the comment and seeing the friessitting in the warmer I decided to let them know I didn't want to be a bother and left before paying or getting food. Sucks cuzI really wanted Penn station, but the staff seemed too worried about closing and getting out on time rather than providingquality customer service to the guests. Read more

Took over 20 minutes to get my sandwiches and the fries were barely warm. I don't mind waiting, but please in the future drop... the fries when sandwiches are done so their hot!! Read more

It was a good experience, it was almost time for them to close so they were out of French fries but I wasn't mad about it. I got... a chicken cheese steak and my wife got a turkey dagwood sub, she is pregnant so they grilled the turkey for me at my requestwhich I really appreciated. The staff was very nice and helpful and took care of my special request. I'd definitely go back tothis location again. Read more

Worker making sandwich was only wearing one glove and she was touching food with her bare hands. When I alerted the manager, he... said they were really busy with a lot of orders - and then went back to what he was doing. He never addressed the issue. Also -when I asked for a refund based on my concerns over food safety - I was told told there were ?no refunds? even though I had notreceived my sandwich yet. Finally, restaurant was a little dirty and tables were sticky. I would avoid this restaurant. Better,safer options are available. I went to Penn Station website to share experience. Hoping to hear from franchise owner as clearlythe store manager is not the right person to speak with. Read more

Food was great but service was slow. They announced our order ready and we picked it up. There?s were only two of four... sandwiches. Waited another 5 minutes for the other two. Fries were great. Place seemed not ready for lunch. Tables not wiped, out of napkins. Read more

So I ask for a large turkey bacon ranch with chicken instead add extra chicken. Guy says "that's gonna be pricey" I said it's... fine. So that sandwich, a small teriyaki sandwich, large fry, large lemonade and 2 cookies. $38 or so. So after waiting about 20minutes or so for him to make 2 call in orders who weren't being worked on til after I ordered but the worst part is I didn'twait 20 minutes for the sandwiches. They were done and sitting on the counter waiting for the fries noone dropped until mysandwiches had been bagged for 15 minutes. Then I get home to finally enjoy my ice cold meal. There is maybe enough chicken onthe large sandwich with extra very"pricey" chicken, for a quarter of a chicken breast no onions that I ordered no ranch on asandwich with ranch in the name. Lettuce that I didn't ask for. And maybe 1.75 strips of bacon. So tell me why he botheredsaying it would be pricey instead of I'm not gonna make your sandwich correctly no matter what ridiculous payment I take. Dudewas on the phone cracking jokes on his airpods the entire time I was ordering and until after I left. If you can't get good helpthat doesn't cost you extra money it makes sense to get rid of the worthless help and pay the extra money to someone who willactually do what you pay them for instead of ruining a perfectly good meal and costing you money on refunds returns food wasteetc. Seriously it isn't that hard. Not dining at this location ever again. Gone so far downhill after losing the previous storeoperator. Miss him. He was great. Read more
