Had a very enjoyable dining experience last evening at Porter’s Steakhouse. Denise was our server for our party of six and we... could not have asked for a better server. She was very attentive to our needs but not at all intrusive. Regarding the food, theblackened shrimp and lamb lollipop appetizers were amazing. The lobster bisque and wedge salad were wonderful, and the the filetOscar, salmon and mushroom orzo, bone-in chicken breast, and pepperloin steak entrees were to die for. For dessert, we all splitnice size pieces of carrot cake and chocolate cake. Thank you Porter’s Steakhouse — and Denise in particular — for such awonderful dining experience. It has been several years since I have eaten here. Things tasted different than the last I ate here. I was with a group of... people and I think they mixed up are order. Our party of 12 had THE most amazing dinner and THE most amazing service at Porter's last night! We sampled almost the entire... menu - Porter's signature salad, lamp lollipops, lobster bisque, crab cakes, blackened shrimp, lobster tail, *the signaturetenderloin medallions*, the ribeye and the chocolate gnache cake. Every dish was cooked to perfection and absolutelydelicious! Top that with superb five-star service from gracious server Chris (who remembered all of our names and drink ordersfrom the moment we were seated.) We could not have asked for a more perfect evening to celebrate with our friends! I had the lobster tail and the pepperloin and my husband had a ribeye. The lobster tail is probably the best lobster I’ve ever... had, the pepperloin was very good and the bites I had of my husband’s ribeye were amazing. The service was very friendly andfast. We had a great time. Read more
