Stopped here on my way home from moving to get a single cheeseburger meal, a soda, and small tots for my son and me. By the time... I had gotten to the drive-thru, I realized that I had left my debit card in my Aldi bag from earlier today. I asked if I couldcome back later to pay and at first, the cashier said I could. So, I waited at the window for a few minutes, then he opened thewindow and stated that I wasn?t getting the food, because it was against policy. The manager could have taken a photo of mydriver?s license and allowed me to pay (the $13) when I got home, over the phone or allowed me to come back at a later time topay. There?s no compassion for hard working people anymore. I work full-time to support my family. I was good for the money andnever intended to get anything for free, I was just trying to feed my son. After I got home to retrieve my card, we purchaseddinner elsewhere. If we ever crave sonic again, I?ll drive farther to the Edwardsville location. Read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Service is terrible. I called to ask as to why ordering via the app is almost never... available and she (vey rudely) hung up on me. I was standing across the street in front of the Animal Hospital at the time!! Iwish I had caught her name. I guess I'll have to walk another 1/2 mile south on Vandalia Street to the Moto gas station to buymy drinks. Normally that would not be an issue, but I am handicapped due to a stroke I suffered and my walking is limited to(and slowed by) a rollator. At least I know Moto will welcome my business.
