Nearly every Starbucks is understaffed and slammed in the morning but you can tell this store is trying their best. However,... it?s not uncommon to pull up and see 20+ people waiting for their orders. So, leave yourself some time, especially from 7-9am;I?ve waited 15 minutes past the pickup time on busy days. I had gone here with some friends before a convention. It was really crowded, they were understaffed, and doing their best. The... cashier, Tim, was an absolute sweetheart, made the wait 100% worth it. He had a bright smile and was one of the kindest workersin the food/drink industry I had met. Read more
That drive thru takes way too long where some people start cutting in line. My order was ok but that drive thru line was no... joke. Cars move every 3 to 5 mins. And that Sunday 9/4 the inside was closed. Read more
Traveling...It was nice & clean, but I did not leave a tip. Order 2 grande dark roadt wi5h room for cream & 2 sausage cheddar... muffin sandwiches. Even after I asked them to leave space for cream, the grande dark roast was overfilled and I had to emptypart of the 16 oz, then use the half cup of cream I was given to add the cream. Also had to ask for splenda because it was allbehind the counter. Finally, I had to ask for a bag for the hot breakfast sandwiches & find a tray t carry out the really hotcoffee. I wonder if Starbucks added to staff training one of those phone games where you take the order, make the plate, seat other... people, and make it back to serve the food b4 the people get mad and leave or clear the table to seat more before they leave....maybe it would teach staff multitasking skills so your not waiting 20 minutes or so for a cup of coffee Read more
Went in with 2 friends. 3rd in line and took a good 10 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered. Got about 20 miles down the... road headed back home, take a sip.....(I ordered a latte) got a big ol cup of milk and sugar. No espresso whatsoever. Most I'veever paid for a glass of milk. Read more
