This location's service and quality has unfortunately been on a steady decline as of late. The drive through in particular has... it's fair share of problems as well. Often they have you pull up or park in the numbered spots, but they continuously come outand try handing you someone else's order. I have had a few times where they brought out someone else's order 2 or 3 times in arow, forcing me to wait while they remake it and get it right. I do understand how things can get when you are busy for sure,but we have stopped going there simply because it's a different issue (almost) every time. I'm always willing to revisit downthe road though. Read more
They have the Halloween happy meal pales mc boos they are so cut they have 3 different styles I could only find the Ghost... today at my local stores but hopefully I can get the pumpkin and witch before they are gone at the end of the month Read more
Quality of food and service on a steady decline as the prices continue to rise every month. The McDonalds' in Owasso used to be... amazing until these new owners took over. Unfortunate. Read more
Horribly long, slow moving drive-thru. Took over 30 minutes to get to the window. Still had to wait another 10 minutes or so for... them to bring the order out. By then the customer I was picking up for canceled the order. So I got nada for the 45 minutes ofmy time I used up. But the guy was pleasant! Read more
Hot and fresh!!! This McDonald?s has always been good. Never had a problem. Fast even when busy. Ate to fast for a picture but... imagine tv commercial grade food!! Read more
Honestly lately I'm gonna say shame on Micky D's lately I've dreaded having to go to one especially late at night it's litterly... and whole half to full hour just to order and get food definitely not fast food anymore. That's if when you get there they don'treply with Mobil orders only. Yea McDonald's has falling off to the point I try not to eat there if I don't have to. Sad becauseI remember always feeling like let me get a quick bite well nope not anymore expect if you pull into one after 9pm tell whoeveryour gonna be an hour late. Read more
Unfortunately we ended up with the last remains of a chicken sandwich/ and hamburgers (cheeseburgers) and fries...it was "warm"... but oddly enough ???? not hot? Maybe I expected it for it to be hot since we are paying 30$ for a drive thru meal? I'm justtrying to be nice but grant it/ it's late but I am just trying to make "healthy " decisions but I know this is not it- this wasa "splurge" but still not too happy/ but if you want McDonald's- maybe try to get an earlier time... McDonald's is always a decent place to have a cheap burger and fries, or just a side of fries and a plain or topped McFlurry. I... haven't had a bad experience with this location yet. The floors and tables are usually expected levels of clean for a fast foodrestaurant. The bathrooms are usually pretty decent as well. The staff is usually friendly. Have not had an employee with a badattitude yet. Read more
