We?ve been working in Collinsville off and on for the last 6 months and they apparently just like to open whenever they want? It... seems to change daily even though they have 11:30 posted. Place has gone down hill. The food is really good, but the last four times we've ordered, we've ended up sitting there forever... (well over the quoted time) for our food. Tonight, we were quoted 40 minutes for our order. Showed up after 35, and there werestill 7 orders ahead of ours to be made. Waiting room was full, and we didn't have time to wait for over an hour, so wecanceled. It's unfortunate because this used to be my favorite Chinese food in the Owasso area. The food was really good and fresh cooked to order. My sister, brother, Dad, both nieces and a fiance, all met up there from... Tulsa and Oolagah. Some family members have eaten there in the past and wanted all of us to have our special dinner at ShanghaiExpress. They were pretty busy on a wed so that's a good sign that they have a lot of regulars. Professional yet down homefriendly. Absolutely disgusting. The business itself is nasty inside, the wait was about 30 minutes and several people ahead of us had... been waiting a long time as well. We paid $30 and our food is so nasty I couldn?t even swallow one bite. We had the SeasamChicken and Orange Chicken. The chicken tasted like it had gone bad or been frozen for a long time, can?t believe people eatthis food. I will never recommend this place and defitnley won?t be returning.
