The last time I went there, they got my order wrong, today I ordered my grand kids whopper jr. They were all ice cold, not just... cold but like in the refrigerator cold. Service still bad, food cold, do not recommend, what has happened here, used to bereally good Update: My wife and I stopped by here tonight and fries were fresh and hot, our burgers were hot and very hood, itwas clean and customer service was great. Still better than McDonald's. Just better food. Plus those breakfast Melts!!!
Management and staff need to be more able to help customers and not ignore them.
Had a large order, couple items were missing, had no issues obtaining missing items. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Male sure to check your orders at the drive-thru. They forgot one of my burgers and then insisted that it was in the bag until... another employee said it was on the food rack ready to bag... food was decent and service was definelty slow.... Read more
Normally I only give good reviews and keep the negative ones to myself but the girl working the drive thru today was rude to my... dad, and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for ranch dressing. The food was barely even warm and not worth the hassle ofdealing with her to get it. I'm Done with the Collinsville Burger King for awhile. Read more
