Hidden gem, tucked away near Target. Great food for a chain. Excellent Kalbi! We've enjoyed the full assortment of plate,... keiki lunches, a la carte items etc. Kahlua pork is delish, the katsu is ample, the fish/shrimp is fresh and not overly breadedor fried...the kalbi...did I mention the kalbi? My gawd, plentiful and in spite of perception fairly priced and flavorful--goodluck finding better kalbi at H Mart, Kukje or in a local eatery already cooked with such flavor, in such bountiful amounts atsuch a price. I've been to multiple Ono locations, have to say this one gives you gigantic portions compared to the other ones. Seriously... stunned how much food there was on my chicken combo plate, tons of fried katsu, tons of BBQ chicken, big scoop of macaronisalad, lots of cabbage/broccoli and big portion of rice. Took off one star because the service could be better. If you reallywant to get your grub on this is the spot. All that food, easily enough for two people, for $14. I called the store on a Friday afternoon to order a small tray of chix katsu for Sunday and when i arrived i was greeted by the... cashier and the whole transaction was pretty quick. Katsu was hot and fresh. Only one thing i remember out ofcthe ordinary wasthe use of manual credit card machine. They have to make an inprint of my CC which is kinda weird. Amazingly delicious, healthy and inexpensive fast food restaurant. For about $10 the basic BBQ chicken plate is perfect for TWO... people to share... you heard right, yes - one plate of $10 good for two to share: 4 BBQ chicken thighs, 2 scoops of rice,macaroni salad, veggies of cabbage and broccolis with all-you-can-have warm teriyaki and katsu sauces.
