If I could put less than 1 star I would the worker Jocelyn was taking my order and there was no line at all I?m trying to decide... what I want and she starts speaking mandarin with her coworker and fussed about me not knowing what I want and tells hercoworker to take my order.Terrible customer service they are so rude who knows what she was saying about me. So my pick up time says 1220pm and i arrived at 1240, to give them rxtra time and normally that would be enough but today is... different line is long and my order is not ready i stood in the pick up line but i feel like a ghost, nobody seems to see me.After 10 minutes i finally speak up and got helped. I got out at 1pm. One problem i saw is that the girl cleaning the drinkstation also handles the trash below and did not change gloves before going behind the counter to handle food, not verysanitary. They don't prepare online pick up orders until you are there physically. They prioritize in-person customers. The manager (in... black uniform) was very rude and ignored me, telling me to go away when I asked why my pick up order was not prepared. I evenwent there 20 mins after my pick up time to give them more time to prepare. What's the point of ordering online? Once they haveyour money (online), they don't care about you anymore.
