the app to order food only gives you the option to get one sauce per each MEAL, then no option for an additional sauce, if this... isn't enough to make anyone angry I order 2 meals just so I can get 2 sauces for my shrimp, yet I got Zero sauces... Even thoughI select specific sauces, then I call the store's phone number, and not only does no one answer but the mailbox is full... Tobring the badness up a notch this has happened to me Both times I ordered using Grubhub, so they do this as the norm and don'tcare! not once but both times! I used the app/select sauces and got zero... Hire someone who can actually run the business, andget rid of all the bad employees, I can't even get any resolution or fix, no one to get a hold of... this place is a disgrace. Read more
Food is great, and came out quickly. The cashier didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He then handed me someone else's... similar order without checking the receipt number. Only caught it because the other customer noticed it looked like his order.The person wearing the blue shirt (manager?) was very nice though. Read more
It feels there is some dishonesty going on. They have a large poster advertising a $6 shrimp meal but when you want to order,... there is a discussion in Spanish with management and the response is that only the regular $11 shrimp meal is available. Nextyou order a medium drink and they give you a small cup... Hard to trust these guys. Read more

On average this place gets 5 stars. But when I went the cashier was having a bad day. She was not pleasant. The Popeyes app... needs some work. My order was 10 minutes late. Good came out perfect though! Read more
I got this back from work at 8:30 and order for 4 Tuesday special and paid with cashier and they said to be wait for 15 more... minutes and waited until 9:10 and nobody call my order number and when I ask them they just prepare my order to put left overlegs and not Tuesday special order. When I talk to Manger who he said his name Jose treat me that "Do you want your money backor leave, I can't do anything we are close." I went in for the Popeyes promotion~ $9.99 - 5Pc Signature Chicken and the guy told me they don?t have it. The only thing they... have is the big box. He blamed it on the boss and they are only allowed to offer the big box. So I took the big box and insteadof charging me $5 (for the promo price) they charged me $6 plus tax!
