Went to buy drinks for my family, the cashier was pretty nice. When we got our drinks the girl that was doing the refreshers (... burgandy sweater) had a really bad attitude while serving the order. We got our Latte drink but it was more of a cappuccino andwas not full for a Grande latte. I asked if it could be made again, she just turned around and said I didn?t make your latte.She told her coworker to make it again. It?s fine if they didn?t make it right but the way of how the customer service was theyneed to better their attitude. Definitely won?t be coming to this location. Read more

Was having a hard time getting my app to place my drink order. Just would not go thru. Both clerks worked on my phone. So nice... finally said just have your iced soy latte on us.
