The lady seemed liked I was bothering her from her duties when I ordered my sandwich. I've been in customer service for almost... 30 years so I can pickup the cues and clues. PERCEPTION IS EVERYTHING in a business. Normally the Young ladies that helped meout in previous visits we're very friendly. I've never seen this lady before at this location... Other than that, HoneyBaked Hamhas very good quality food which I would rate five stars. Read more

When I went to pick up a ham, I had had a reservation for a specific size which wasn?t available. When I asked to talk to the... manager, she was very aggressive and her tone was honestly just disrespectful and I felt disgusted by the way I was treatedthere, especially by the manager. She told me I basically had to take it or leave it?. I will never come back to this locationever again and hope that they are able to work on their customer service!! As someone who has worked in customer service foryears, I found the behavior I encountered there just utterly unacceptable. I ended up just taking the size available regardlessof my RESERVATION and left. Will not be coming back to this store. Read more
