I dash in this area quite often. The customer service at this location is intolerable. There is a short young lady that works... the counter and her interactions are disrespectful to say the absolute least. On tonight?s visit she tried to guilt threeseparate customers into donating and was combative when we said no thank you and then asked questions about where the proceedsgo. After asking for my cup, she felt it appropriate to tell me, a woman that I look like a man that she couldn?t quiteidentify. I literally can?t make this up. Treated my church group. Had a very large order. They took about 7-9 minutes to prepare, fair timing. Check your bag though,... they forgot my potatoes but quickly resolved. The staff was friendly and attentive outside for curbside orders. It was over 90degrees, they worked like champs! Fast service. They did not forget napkins, thanks! Read more

Been coming to this location for years and had problems on and off but tonight was by far the WORSE experience ever at this... location. I went through the drive thru. The lady on the speaker was nice but once I got to the window the lady there was veryshort and frustrated and it showed. I received my food with NO receipt and once I pulled off I realized that all of my food wasNOT in the bag. I go back through the drive through because tonight it wasn't crowded and she had the nastiest attitude. Iadvised I did. It recurve on if my meals ($5.00 fill up box 2pc), that one of my orders was incorrect and missing something, andthat I needed honey mustard for my tenders. Her attitude was terrible for a mistake they made on their part. It is not alwaysthis way at that location but tonight I had to review because it was not necessary.
