Good drinks and usually pretty timely service, almost impossible to get hot food though. We've tried them several times over the... last few months and their bragels are lukewarm at best, so unless breakfast sandwiches with cold eggs, sausage, unmelted cheeseand untoasted bread are your thing- go with the muffins or donut holes for food! Every drink on this menu is pure gold. Just an absolute delight to drink. Big fan of their frozen drinks as well as the hot.... It's definitely high in sugar and calories though, so consume thoughtfully. Read more
I?ve been to this location many times. The service continues to get worse. It took over 25 minutes today to receive a simple... iced coffee. The staff seems confused and unaware on how to perform a simple task. When I asked for a copy of my receipt to seewhat time I placed my order the cashier rudely threw it at me and it wasn?t even the correct receipt. I would avoid thislocation at all costs. Read more
Today was our first time at Coloma Bigby. Food is great, drinks are great, and staff is very friendly. We will be back often.

Love Biggby Coffee and this drive-thru location is great! Was visiting family in the area and was excited to see a new Biggby... opened up nearby. Service and quality was great! Glad I don't have to drive 15 mins to get my Biggby Coffee fix anymore. Read more
I go here a few times a month and it's always a good experience. I know it can be slow, but if you think you can do their job... better; you're probably a boomer. Just be nice, and if I tip every time I go, even if it's just change. A lot of these reviewsare mean, but they keep coming back???? Yea must be such a bad place that you can't tip and have to complain about these greatemployees in reviews that you just have to keep coming back ????. I can't with these boomers and Illinois people. Don't like it?Then literally go somewhere else. Stop being a dirty tongue flapper. The employees are great here, never a issue, they deserveall the tips. They're always helpful, understanding, and so nice. They even offered a free cup of whipped cream for my kid whenhe was being picky. Read more
