It was alright... the big white guy that works inside on front counter was kinda rude to me.i asked him for help multiple times... and he ignores me. This is not the first time so I will say something about it. Everyone else is kind. Me& My daughter enjoy ourmornings here!?? Also if you could PLEASE re open the playplace . ???? This McDonald's was probably the most poorly managed McDonald's I've been to in the United States. The staff all look like they... absolutely hate being there and when you walk in they are all playing on thier phones and or just hanging out talking to eachother. There were only two guys making the food in the back who looked like they were actually working. Thry told us to park ina waiting spot for our drive through order. About 15 min later, my husband and I realized they probably forgot about us. Themanager inappropriately yelled at his team member in front of me by saying, "I told you that order was for someoneelse!" Needless to say, I won't be going to that location again! Read more
I have been to this place in driveup and inside several times. The employees don?t clean the tables or bathrooms very well and... they don?t know how to prepare foods like other McDonald franchisees . For example I ordered a four dollar mocha latte and theygave me a cup of coffee with some milk in it. No whip cream just a total worthless job. Most orders take 10 to 15 minutes theydon?t give you receipts and it appears to be run by a ragtag crew that Are untrained and do substandard work. Read more
Went in to use restroom and get lunch, and the toilet had urinate all over the seat and floor, went to wash my hands from... cleaning the seat up and there was absolutely no soap to clean my hands, none of to sanitizer dispensers were empty! This tellsme that employees are not washing hands after using the rest room and are going back to work! And it makes me question if theyhave soap in back and how sanitary is the food being served to people! Nope I did not order my lunch there! We won't be back, ever. Bathrooms were disgusting, play land closed and adult guest wearing no shoes! Employee's were standing... around flirting and ignoring customers while it was packed inside and out. Took 45 minutes to get me and my 2 sons orders, theywere wrong and cold (I figured they would be) watched multiple other people come inside from the drive through line forforgotten drinks, being ignored at window, and incorrect orders. It was around 6pm when we arrived, and it was as being ran bynothing but what looked like teens. We sat inside, and got our drink cups first. All except 2 of the drink choices were watereddown or not working, no ketchup in the dispensers, and the counter was covered in wrappers and spilled soda. One guest told thegirl (maybe 16) at the counter that the bathrooms were very dirty and no tpilet paper in soms stalls, she got very defensiveabout how they were too busy to worry about the bathrooms, if that wasn't enough, a boy who looked to be "running the place"came up and also got snippy with the woman (guest). He was standing around giving orders... he could have easily cleaned thebathrooms. I'm appalled. We have lived here for years, always went about once a month and it was never bad or dirty... now thisis the 2nd time it has been in the course of 3 months. A bad day, sure... bad months... gross. Ordered 3 mcdoubles and 2 lg diet cokes. I got regular coke instead of diet which I couldn't drink because I'm a diabetic. My... sandwiches were the real problem. The meat was tough, dried out and rubbery. It looked like they put the ketchup and mustard onthem and then wiped it off. The cheese wasn't melted and the bun was hard around the edges. Of course I didn't find any of thistill I got home and didn't feel like going back. Mcdonalds quality has really gone downhill. Think I'll drive a little fartherand try Burger King next time.
