Well I just got told off by a manager because she closed an hour early because her shift was too long.Im sorry it says open... until ten so people go and get a door slammed in the face because a manager couldn't handle a long day then find a new job thissubway is declined alot in a few months and with employees like this I hope it gets worse coloma and Watervliet stay away fromthe employees are rude and a manager can't handle a one order sandwich because her long day I could say so much more about herthan I did but she needs to go on the subway diet lose some of the make-up and attitude that would be a start. Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 Chicken & Bacon Ranch subs and I didn?t get any bacon on any of my subs. The lady who... seemed to be the manager was very rude. Worst Subway EVER!!!! Read more
Numerous orders and numerous messups. I've given this store multiple chances to earn my respect as a customer and every time I... have been disappointed. The most recent messup was ordering online and wanting one footling and one six inch, only to get twosix inches and neither sandwich being correct. What a disgrace to the brand of Subway.
