I took my son in to use the bathroom while my husband picked up our carryout order in the drive thru. The building and bathroom... was so grimy and dirty inside (I?m talking an old banana peel on the floor behind the toilet dirty). My husband already boughtthe pizza when we came out. If the employees are supposed to use the facilities and wash their hands in those bathrooms, howclean can they be? Ordered the edge for delivery. Pizza was good and delivery was on time and friendly.
Had a bit of trouble with the app showing our delivery progress, No problem we thought we will just call to confirm they... received the order.... They put us on hold for 30 minutes noone ever responded pizza showed up a random time later. Read more
This store has gone down hill if you want doughy pizza then this is the place for you (even called them to have them correct it... and just got another doughy pizza). Pizza hut used to be good pizza but not any more. I would rather eat gas station pizza. Read more
I ordered my pizza at 718pm, the pizza was not delivered until 958pm. This pizza hut is 3.4 miles from my house. I called the... store after the delivery had been out for 40 min and the person on the phone lied and was rude, telling me that the roads wereslick from it snowing for all of 2 min instead of telling me they made a mistake. When delivered the delivery guy told me hehad gone to the wrong town all together for his first delivery and then ran his delivery car out of gas behind my driveway. Thepizza was cold and barley edible. The staff was incompetent, rude and lied. Will not order from this pizza hut again. There isno reason a pizza should take 2 hours and 40 min to be delivered 3.4 miles from the store. Read more
We ordered and paid extra for PAN pizza. The crust looked more like hand tossed. Not the thick crust it used to be. The garlic... cheese sticks (which we also paid extra for) were over done so they were hard and dry as if there were no cheese on them. Theywere lacking the garlic also. Very disappointed in the tiny little cinnamon rolls. In general overall, nothing was as good as itused to be. Read more
We had a good experience at this location. The restaurant was generally clean, but it is a bit dated so to some extent it could... appear a bit rough. The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive to us. Our order was out quicker than what we anticipated,which was a bonus. The pizza was made well, so the staff must be following the guidelines well. No problems with anything thistrip, which was our first. We would give them a visit again. Read more
Order was delivered nearly 2 hours after being placed, didn't get the garlic sauce I paid for AND they gave me plain wings with... lemon pepper packets when I ordered Cajun Dry rub! I had called twice to ask what was taking so long and the person thatanswered didn't bother to tell me they were sending me the wrong flavor of wings and he KNEW they were sending the wrong flavorbecause he admitted to it when I called back to ask why!
