Holy crap?. This changed everything I thought an arbys could be. Great service, huge.. and clean space, and a twist of menu... options. Wish I could give a better review at This Arby?s location but unfortunately I can?t. I ordered loaded baked potatoes today only... to get both baked potato orders Stone cold and ingredients that should have been put on not correct. Took the order back andasked to have a redo again. The same exact thing happened both potatoes Stone cold ingredients that were supposed to be on thepotatoes not correct a second time. I had to ask for a refund on the order and order something completely different. I?m notsure what?s happening at this particular Arby?s location but I understand I am not the only person that feels that the foodquality has not been up to their usual standards lately. Maybe better training needs to be provided for the staff to be able toprepare a better quality of food as well as service for continued customers to come back. Read more
"Lettuce Gyro" and "Smokehouse Onion". This is an update from my most recent visit on Aug 11, '22. I ordered the Greek gyro and... to my surprise, it consisted of 85%-90% lettuce and maybe 10% meat. I didn't complain thinking it was just a mistake. I orderedanother sandwich, the Smokehouse Brisket. Again, it was 85-90% onions and only 10% brisket. Additionally, both orders were noteven warm and the miniscule brisket was dry and burnt on the edges. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and disgusted. This place is the bomb! I mentioned to our order taker, didn't get his name, but very nice, that this was the biggest Arbys I... have ever seen! He replied, it is the biggest Arbys ever built!
