The staff was super nice and helpful. Very kind to my boys. But I watched a couple have to move from their table because it... started raining and the roof was leaking above their table. This is not acceptable. They property owner needs to fix the roofand ceiling. Read more
Usually it would be a good visit. But today the.crew they had working didn't have it all together. Hot bar didn't have but 2... pizzas on it & they said they had ran out of pasta within the store. Nobody was cleaning the tables like they should. I knowit was at least 12 tables empty without customers that had left over food,trash etc on them. Your customers don't expect tocome into a nasty dirty environment to eat. Read more
I went to the colonial heights Cicis, there was hardly any pizzas put out, and others around me were waiting on their wings and... pizza for an hour. I?m really disappointed in this Cicis as I used to love going here. A lot of the food didn?t seem to becooked properly, as the brownies tasted like dough and the pizza was old. So I went to the one in colonial heights and the 1st thing I noticed was that the front cashier was not very pleasant ????... actually he was rude...smart mouthed and disrespectful and also technically not in the correct kind of setting for some of hisclothing he had on. When others had the same problem and complaints were starting to spew out them out the manager stood in theback making pizza and laughing like it was funny until the complaints became more aggressive then he decided to come out andlisten to the complaints. Left a 5 star review over a year of you guys holding my stepsons party last year and stopped by today again today to grab a... quick lunch and wow! My rating will STAY THE SAME all the guys in kitchen killin it ???? and the guy behind the register didn'tget a name but was very cool and respectful definitely knew the definition of great customer service. My church group stopped in and even tho they had finished up with 3 birthday parties they still treated us like we were... important to them. Manager and staff were all smiles and respectful. Food was good and readily available to us. Will definitelyreturn again. Read more
