Almost every time I come here at least one part of my order is either missing or incorrect. The issue is always corrected but... definitely check your order before driving off so you don't have to wait in line again. The food is usually pretty good butsloppily made at times. Read more

Its 1030 pm and I am finally getting to eat dinner after a grueling day in nursing. I ordered a Cookout tray with BBQ sandwich,... corn dog and onion rings. When I picked it up, I was too exhausted to check the order. Clearly...this is NOT what I ordered orpaid for. The sandwich is a burned burger with onion and bacon. To the trash it goes. Ugh!!! I waited in line for 20 minutes for hotdogs that were raw and cold. The small portion of fries were broken up burnt ends that... were soggy & inedible. Very disappointed because this used to be my favorite restaurant. The food USED to be amazing. I triedcalling back to restaurant but no one answered. The nuggets were soggy with grease that I couldn?t eat them. Deserves ZEROstars. What happened to Cookout? This restaurant used to Have standards. Read more

This is unacceptable. I will not be returning. This is AFTER I requested more food. They originally gave me only THREE cheese... bites and BARELY any fries. This is seriously the amount of food I received, and the food is never prepared correctly. Some ofmy cheese bites didn?t even have cheese in them. The fries are SOGGY and not fully cooked. This is my second and last at thislocation. The first time I received only three or four hush puppies and three onion rings. Ridiculous. Read more
