Online order ready time was orig 647 pm waited an addtional 40 mins husband paid for food as soon as he checked in only a... couple people inside waiting they never called him let him know he was waiting inside building i finally went in too and askedwhere our food was come to find out it had been sitting there waiting and was cold by time we got to car which i know they werebusy but when i question about the order the man/young man in charge was a little rude and dissmissive !! 1st time ever forthis store . Delicious pizza tonight! We got 2 large pizzas sausage, onion & pepperoni for carryout. It was the perfect amount of cheese with... extra garlic seasoning on the crust. The pizza was steaming HOT. Definitely how it should ALWAYS be, as in the past we haveordered pizza that was just lukewarm. 10/10 for today's visit???? Ps. Cant beat the price of $7.99 for a large pizza with 3toppings! Google ratings is lucky that I have no choice but to select one star, this location is terrible with their delivery services.... Post my order waited a whole hour after ordering just for them to tell me that there's only one driver on the shift, and thenapparently 30 minutes later the car breaks down so they tell me I have to come pick up my order???? How on earth do you make a buffalo chicken pizza, and forget to put buffalo sauce on it? What a joke.
Haven't had a pizza in quite awhile, so we conjured up a thin crust all-veggie pizza with marinara and feta and it was spot-on... delicious! The app works great and the contactless pickup is done right! Will do this again for sure! Read more
Do they even follow any serve safe guidelines? Lady making pizza and twists had long nails and polish on the no gloves.... That... is not sanitary.... Guy had on a black apron with flour all on it and was using it as a hand towel wiping his hand on it..... Iknow there are guidelines and regulations all food service workers must go by and this place went against them all.... Icontacting department of health to ask about inspecting this place. And no I did not eat any pizza from there after seeingthis.... ten thumbs down.... I have to update my post to reflect my new interaction with the store manager .... Received acall from the manager within a week he was very concerned at the matter and was very professional to resolve and help me withthis situation which I posted. I am pleased and happy with his response and actions taken on his part. Shows great concern forhis store and reflects great on the corporation..... I live 5 minutes tops from the location and this is the fourth time its taken over an hour to finish a small order let alone get... it here. Currently late for work because i didn't think it would take over 1 hour and 45 minutes. When other locations have itdone in 25 or less. Read more
