Now that I got my money back I can write a review. What an absolute mess this whole thing was. The first time ordering from them... and now my last. I placed an order October 13 expecting it to be there the 15th. Didn't get an update until the 16th. I calledasking corporate because I couldn't get through their phone. They said they were understaffed, and they were a bit behind... noproblem I understand that. Then I was told they couldn't deliver because nobody was home. When in fact, this person was home forthe next two days that they had "no contact cannot deliver." When in fact, nobody even showed up so I had to send video footageto corporate of nobody even showing up to the door that they said they showed up to. When they couldn't even show up to itbecause this person was on a military base. So there are informing that they are showing up to a door that they can even show upto. There was no contact to the person receiving the arrangement or to myself about even picking it up in the front. Then I hadto fight for my refund from corporate because it is a personally owned store. I had to talk to four different people to get arefund back and cancel and order. And they didn't even cancel it when I asked the first time too! A simple birthday order.Probably one of their smallest orders! I can be a very understanding person but this was so frustrating and stressful for such alittle thing. The people I spoke to for corporate, though we're very nice people though and understanding my frustration. Buteven if the store is personally owned, that is still an overview on your whole company. And I'm sorry but by the looks of it, myreview isn't the only bad one. Edible arrangements I think you need to step it up. Read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. FRUIT IS NOT EDIBLE. I received a Large fruit basket for my birthday and the fruit was not edible it was... not ripe. I spoke with the manager who made my basket and she believes that the fruit was ripe at the time because the skewerwas able to penetrate the fruit. I explained to her that the fruit is hard and she told me that fruit gets harder as the days goby (lol). I have never heard of fruit getting harder as time goes by like its a cookie. I told her I can bring the basket backto her so she can see what I'm referring to and she said she does not want to see the fruit and she is not willing to remake orrefund the basket. A waste of money and time. This is the worst location and basket that I have ever receive. I contacted thecorporate office who filed the complaint with the local store. I called them back to inform them that the owner was not willingto address my concerns and was told that the local store has the final say on how the want to address the complaints. More wasteof my time. None of the cantaloupe or honey dew was edible. You can not see it with the honey dew because it green, but both ofthem were unripe. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more

I bought my girlfriend a fruit box today and spend 89.70, I got her a bear, a card and a fruit box. She everything but the bear... and I called and they said that they would have the driver go back and give her her bear and it never happened. I?ll change myrating, when she gets her bear, or something of equal value or you give me my $14.99 back. Other than that I loved the fact shegot her items that she DID get in a timely manner.
