I went 2 hours before close. It took 30 minutes for someone to help me, there were a bunch of people waiting around that had not... been helped yet. There were three girls in the back cursing and playing loud rap music, none of them were making orders.Everytime someone would ask about their order they would roll their eyes and curse and say they didn?t care if they got firedthey were going to put a paper on the door that said they were closed even though it was an hour before close. After waiting 30minutes they finally said oh what are you here for. I said a mobile order they started cursing some more they didn?t have anylarge cups or know what my order was. After waiting 1 1/2 hours after I placed my order the smoothie wasn?t even right verydisappointed. All three girls were very rude and just waiting down the clock, cursing at customers, kitchen was nasty and sowas dining area. Never coming back to this location again and will be calling corporate. Came into the cafe to pick up an online order. There is no one here, the lights are off, the open sign is off, door is locked,... and there is no sign on the door. The phone number for the cafe is disconnected. There is no way to contact the cafe nor thecorporate office for refund by phone. Highly recommend only ordering in person, if at all. Read more
It was a horrible experience. There were 3 crew members, none of whom seemed to be managers and none seemed to be working... together to fulfill orders. One guy, who said he only worked there for 2 weeks, spent time wiping tables (no customers wereeating in the dining area) and a few of us were standing outside waiting for our orders because it was so cold inside (but Iunder keeping the temp low, so no biggie there). The online order receipts were hanging from the front register. The 2 crewmembers in the back took a break and the new guy chose to fill orders for the people who arrived last. At one point he calledthe owner/ manager, "James", who I guess told him to start filling orders and that he would call the other 2 workers. After 30minutes of waiting for 2 smoothies I'd ordered online, I asked for a refund so I could leave with my young child. NO ONE KNEWHOW TO OPEN THE REGISTER TO REFUND ME! Almost an hour after placing my order, I get the two smoothies made by the new guy and Ibet you can guess how they tasted: all ice, no flavor! I am so disappointed. This place is a dumpster fire. I?ve been three times and each time is worst than the last. Tonight we stood in line with... another gentleman and watched as three employees screamed at each other for about five minutes. Finally someone came to theregister, I asked a question about a drink, he responded with ?I don?t know? and walked away. We waited another few minutes andthe line got longer. Nobody knew what was going on, they were making the wrong drinks, and they continued arguing with eachother. They probably can?t hear customers because they all wear headphones and hangout in the kitchen while we wait for someoneto take our orders. When a drink came out, the girl behind the counter dropped it on the floor, picked it up and wiped it offand tried to hand it to a customer. It?s ridiculous. They got his second drink wrong so he just left. My drink and my wife?sdrink were horrible. All ice and fruit juice. We threw them away. Truthfully, I blame management. You hire kids to run a storeand offer them no guidance and this is the result. There?s a reason why so many people give this location a one star. I?ll nevercome back to this dump. Do better! Read more
