If not for the food would be all 1-2 stars. Service was poor, slow and rude. So call manager cursing in front of customers.... Putting customers food on dirty counter where she had dirty rag that was cleaning with. Responding in rude tone when customerwasn't speaking to her. Order 2 regular subs and 2 bags of air chips. $23.18. One of the sandwich was the Philly. I did not get the option to add any... lettuce tomatoes ANYTHING to my sandwich. Walked in at 7:30pm, only one in line. Two of the 4 employees walk passed, didn't speak. One finally comes to help. Cuts meat... for sandwiches, put aside, goes to help people who walk in after us....(understandable,as they might have a kitchen order.)Continues to cut their meat, leaving us standing there. Doesn't say a word, doesn't call one of the other 3 people there tocontinue with our order. Just leaves us standing there. I ask, is someone going to finish helping us? He barely looks up, andmumbles something. ?Again doesn't call for help.? Finally someone comes from the kitchen finishes, dressing our subs, and ringsus up. Again hardly says a word, only asking what we wanted. Then leaves one sub not bagged, and goes to help an online pickupcustomer. I have to reach over, complete the bagging process myself. I was never rude, there was no reason for the lack ofspeech, or lack of service. If I had something else in mind, I would have walked out. I went to the dairy Queen it's in the same building as Jersey Mike's. You know dairy Queen has some of the best ice cream ever.... That's why I go there. And the people who work there are always really nice. Thank you for the great experience Read more
My dinner was quick and fresh. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff! Thanks guys. The bowl (sub in a tub salad) option is... great option if you don?t want bread or would like an option with more vegetables. Order any sub in a bowl version and it?s thesub in salad form. Read more
Very fresh subs, great food. Unfortunately the hot sandwich maker shift ended. So he walks out without being released by a peer.... This leaves my order not being made and not completed. The shift leader made things right. This could happen to anybody. I thankyou for the team pulling together and getting the job done. I am not sure why people would feel like it is all about them. Shameon the person who walked out. But kudos to the rest of the staff for filling in where slackers leave off. Just do your job, doit right and honest. Very slow service. Waited 20 minutes for them to make 3 subs to give me my order. Had to tell them 4 times what I wanted on it.... Have to tell them each topping and wait for him to finish putting it on before you could tell him the next topping or he wouldforget ordered a #9 which comes with bacon. He closed my sandwich up with no bacon so everything stuck to the top with the Mayoso when he took it apart to add the Mayo just made my sandwich a mess plus the bacon was just 2 small pieces that didn?t eventake up half the bun just stuck in the middle instead of being all the way across the bun like it?s supposed to be. So had nobacon. I expressed my concerns of my sandwich and they just handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. Poor service alltogether Read more
