This McDonald's is known to be the worst one in the area. I ordered food for 3 kids and 1 adult via drive thru. Milkshake... machine BROKEN still, out ice in drinks when told not to, they only had 2 of the 4 Halloween Pails, the 40 nuggets ordered werenot fresh or hot, burgers were old although had special orders. The girl at the window was obviously frustrated when I told herthe drinks were supposed to be no ice, she covered her face and grunted, but remade drinks then walked away and had someone elsefinish giving us our food. We have had worst experiences but this is still not acceptable considering their prices are highernow. I mean McDonald's costs the same amount for a family of 4-6 to eat, as it does to eat at an dine in restaurant likeCarinis, or Denny's. This says a lot and expectations should always be high for all food places, I mean this does cost money andwith everything being expensive like groceries, you definitely can't afford to waste any money, at least my family can't. This place is soooo slow! Omg, it?s like watching paint dry. Then when I got to the window, she ask what I ordered? Took my... card. Walked off. When she came back, she opened the window (never looked at me) handed my card and food and shut the window. Food was not hot or fresh. Zero customer service! All around terrible. Read more
Normally the drive-thru service is good. Cars move fairly quickly. This time the drive-thru was very slow. Cars were being... asked to pull up to the 3rd window or park in the mobile order pick-up spots. Orders were being filled slowly. The nuggets andfried were dry like they had been sitting all day. i am so disappointed. i ordered extra pickles on my crispy chicken sandwich bc i usually only get 1-2 on there. when i got my... sandwich i only had one pickle & the middle of the pickle was missing. my ticket even said extra pickles. i also ordered 2cheeseburgers with mac sauce & they didnt put the mac sauce on either of them. the kitchen staff needs to pay more attention tothe stickers/receipts. if the order says extra something or add something, it needs to be done. these employees are lazy &inattentive. take your money to the mcdonalds by southpark mall 2 minutes away. We ordered the $3.50 bundle chicken sandwiches. The food was hot and delicious, the small fries ???? was filled to the top just... like the commercial. It?s still great to see that some McDonald?s chains are still doing it Right!! My husband and I willdefinitely be back! Read more
I came in yesterday and orders two steak egg and cheese bagels , checked and had no sauce and no onion on it. Which I order... extra sauce and everything that comes on it. Had to asked them to add it they gave me a small amount of sauce for two bagels .And two slithers of onion barely any sauce . I came back today orders it and told the lady extra onion and extra sauce theyactually made it right today. I have missed these steak egg and cheese , thank you guys for bringing it back. Very dirty inside, walk up menu pinpad did not work, 20 pc chicken nuggets were overcooked and crunchy, sons hamburger was a... special order and was cold, apples were brown, fries were OK but he does not eat them anyways, it just comes with the meal.
