Placed mobile order, sat outside in curbside pickup parking lot for over 18 minutes, had to go inside to get food. Manager lied... saying she was waiting on fries but I could see my fries sitting in the warmer as well as my daughter's kids meal sitting atpick up area. Wasn't given condiments, straws or napkins. Food was cold and it was very obvious that it had just been sittingthere because they were more concerned with keeping their drive through time down. Unprofessional and rude when approached aboutit, not my fault I worked at a McDonald's for 5 years as an assistant manager so I know what im talking about when it comes tothings, like I said I was told she was "waiting on fries" it takes less than 5 minutes to cook a batch of fries. Waited 25 minutes in drive through... ask for no cheese...of course they put cheese on the burger! The fish fillet bun was hard... as a brick, and the fish was cold.. the French fry's were burnt beyond eatable!! I asked if my sauce for the chicken nuggetswere in the bag,, and she said, Yes Ma'am... but guess what? There wasn't any condiments at all!! To wait this long, and havefood this bad, is unacceptable!! I will never be back to this location again!! Disgusting!! The only thing good from this visit,was my large coke!! Which I had to ask for!! This meal cost me $25 and change... We should have had a steak, from Texas RoadHouse!! It would have been the same price...for 2 people!! McDonald's better get on the ball... because people aren't going tobe paying for a combo, that cost the same as a steak, Baked potato, and salad!! (10-12-22 Wednesday 5:15pm) Rated this location 1 star higher than the nearby Wendy's on the Boulevard because this McDonald's... has nice staff. The reason for low stars is because their posted hours do not reflect actual hours. I wanted to dine in but thedoors were locked. Went home. Read more
I ordered one Mcflurry and the girl gave me one cup of ice cream with few cookie pieces on the top. The cookie didn?t even... blended by the machine. And I even added one dollar for extra cookie. Read more
McDonald's is always a great place to pick up a quick bite for any meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff are generally... nice and they get you in and out quickly. Food is normally hot and tasty. The only drawback to McDonald's is that there'ssomething broken down almost every time I go in there. Either the ice cream machine is down or the iced coffee machine is down.Other than that it's normally a good experience. Read more
OK, I have been here several times in the past 2 months....so I can give an overall experience from coming here recently. So... here goes. Fries are usually pretty good here and they do fill them up. 1 out of 5 times my fries were old. I always order onthe app and get take out from inside and service is always fast. Kudos. Sandwiches are pretty good, except from my lastexperience. Ice cream and sundaes are good but they only fill the cup 1/2 to 3/4 filled, needs work. Good parking, can't commenton the drive thru, since I never use it. This McDonald's drive thru is usually pretty packed constantly. I would have given thisplace 4 stars until my last visit. I ordered a chicken sandwich. Went inside. The whole facility was just mopped with dirtywater and smelt very bad. There was plenty of people working that could have corrected this issue. I worked at many facilitiesand mopped many many floors. Either the water did not have cleaner, the water was old, the mopped wasn't rinsed out properlyfrom last use, or a combination of all. I was standing at the counter and the person was talking to 2 people beside them. I amliterally 10 feet and can see everything going on. The person has several napkins in their hand, uses them to wipe off the areain front of them and then puts them in the bag with my sandwich and gives it to me. I was shocked. I took the napkins out of thebag and threw them away...my instinct was to throw everything away but I was hungry. I ate the sandwich in my car. 15 minuteslater my stomach hurt and I was popping digestive medication the rest of the day. Today, I am fine but there was somethingdefinitely wrong with that sandwich. The food is decent here but after my last order, I am reconsidering utilizing this facilityagain. I guess all I can say is eat at your own risk. Read more
Stopped by passing through the area. There was tension with the staff that was clearly visible. Drive through orders were being... returned. It took 20 minutes to get my order (which was kids meals and 2 meals). I threw it out. The chicken in the sandwich bitlike it was raw, it had that crunch. It looked gelatinous. The self serve soda has clear visible black mold on the icedispenser. No one in my family got ice. Fries were fresh, but not salted. Overall, horrible experience. But given the staffingissues I know exist, I am not putting fault on a single person. Atte turn to detail has to be taken to keep consumers safe. Read more
I have visited this location about three times in the past year and half. My first visit 3 and a half stars, my second visit... about two weekends ago (sigh). Let's just say I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the cashier appeared to be new andthey were short handed (they always are). However, when asked to remake the steak, egg and cheese on a McGriddle they madeincorrectly, the cook scrapped off the food from the bagel and on to the McGriddle bread. Now, I had expected the sandwich wasgoing to be remade entirely. It was not. There were less ingredients on the sandwich than before and the meat was broken inhalf. Today we visited requesting the same order as printed on the receipt. The steak, egg and cheese bagel not only had barelyany onions, but the bagel was burnt. This is unacceptable. I know it's Thanksgiving and I am thankful that they were open. Evenduring the holidays employees are expected to perform their job properly; giving great service.
