I've haven't order from papa johns in a while after my last situation, but I tried to give them another chance. I order my food... at 1047 and the delivery time was 34-44 minutes which even though I live right up the road from the place it was okay with me. Itook exactly 65 mins for my food to be delivered. I call the store and the person who answered the phone (they didn't say theirname) stated that the computer puts the delivery in as the orders come in and then she hang up the phone up and I wasn't evenfinished talking. I used to work for a pizza company, and I know how the delivery process works. If the employee who have justtold me that the delivery driver was running late, I would have been fine. But the fact that she just hangs up in my face wasjust plain disrespectful. When my food did get here the driver pulled my food out and I asked to feel the box and it was cold. Isimply told the driver I didn't want it. Papa John's use to be way better with food and communication. This was my last chancegiving them another chance and I will not be ordering from them again. Really, Papa Johns? Y'all looked at this and thought "Yep, looks good. Send it."? Is quality control not a thing anymore? We... tried eating it and it doesn't even taste like it usually does. The whole thing looks diseased. The only saving grace was thatthe cookie was good. Will NOT be ordering from here again. Read more

The general manager at Papa John?s store #867 is the most disrespectful employee I?ve ever had an encounter with. I called after... placing an order on the Papa John?s app and was notified that the pizza had been delivered although it hadn?t been. I called thestore to politely ask if maybe they had left the pizza somewhere and maybe I was just overlooking it, and they told me thedriver had called multiple times even though I never received a single phone call. They refused to deliver the pizza and said tocome pick it up for carry out, however, with no means of transportation, this was not an option for me at the time, so I justexplained that to the worker and she told me to hold on while she transferred me to the General Manager. When transferred to theGM, she was immediately rude and cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and kept trying to speak over top of me.I told her to please speak to me respectfully as I am not being rude to her and was just put on hold from the employee I wasoriginally speaking with, and she continued to speak to me very rudely with a nasty tone and said ?okay well I?ll just void yourorder? and hung up on me. I tried to call back to see if I could get a refund for the pizza I never received, and my calls wereblocked. I called the store off my moms phone, and they answered finally. I asked the name of the general manager only to betold ?I don?t know? and was hung up on once more. Do NOT order from this location. HORRIBLE customer service. I order here regularly....The food is always on point and the service is amazing....They always make you feel like family...I... live about 55 mins. away, but work in the area...While at work I drive past several pizza places to order from here. And Isometimes order here to carry home to enjoy later. Again I will say this....The food is great, but it is the remarkable staffthat brings me back time and time again! Other pizza places should take lessons from this staff! Read more

As a family, we enjoy the food. My only issue is that I always ask for square cut. When I get my pizza, it's not cut the... requested way. I refuse to wait until another one gets cooked so it could be corrected so I just take it as is. It would be niceif they honored a simple request. Read more

If only I could give 1 star! I?m highly upset about the service I received. I drove 17 minutes to this location to avoid going... to the one closer to my home because of their bad reviews. Once I got there to pick up my order, I had to wait an extra 10minutes. No biggie! I drove another 17 minutes back home. My daughter ate two slices of one of the pizzas that was ordered. Iwent to eat the other pizza that I ordered just to find out that the pizzas weren?t fully cooked. At this point I?m furiousbecause as I started before, my daughter had already eaten two slices. I called to speak to the manager. She pretended to besomeone else. Then she got back on the phone and said they?ll make my order over. I stressed to her that my daughter had alreadyeaten two slices of the raw dough pizza. She then said ?I can cancel out your card.? Basically saying she?ll give me my moneyback. She then stated again that she?ll remake the pizzas. I drove 17 minutes back over there. The pizzas were done by the timeI arrived. We were still standing there waiting on the refund. The manager said, ?is there anything else I can help you with?.?I then said yes, are you the manager?. She then said, ?yes i am!.? I said you were supposed to refund me the money back. Shethen stated that she didn?t say she was going to refund me my money and remake the order. I said that?s exactly what you said.She then replied back and said ?I said or I can give you the money back.? ?My system won?t let me do both.? Needless to say, shegave me my money back with an attitude as if I was bothering her. At the end of the day. I had to make two trips over there andon top of that, my child ate two slices of raw dough. I should be the one with the attitude. My money will no longer be spent atthis establishment. They were in the wrong but treated me as if I was wrong for complaining about the pizza being raw or evenwanting my money back after she volunteered to refund me. Sorry for the long post... Read more
