You sent my order to DoorDash. I ordered at 855pm. ETA on delivery was 30 mins (920). I live across the street from the... restaurant. After 10pm, nothing. I called the local number. Got a voicemail. Could barley understand the recording. Gotforward to another number. Was then told the order was listed as complete. How can it be complete if I don't have my food. Now it's 10:18pm. I said give me my money back. I just opened my door. Food was placed at my door (like an amazon package). It was cold. Don't know when it was left. Web site kept saying out for delivery. The last two times I?ve ordered from here it has been perfectly made and delivered quickly.
They took my card information over the phone and then Britney called back and said that they are not delivering the pizza. She... then went to say you can pick it up. I said that I will be there to pick the order up and she said well I?m canceling the orderand hung up the phone. I called back twice and they did not pick up. My Wife called and got them on the first try. I then spokewith the manager Shaheem and he showed absolutely no care in the world. He said that I will have to see his boss in the morning.I will be checking with the my fraud department being that they did this after receiving my card information. Read more
They won?t let me give 0? So disappointed in their service. I ordered the edge and was soo angry at the display of this pizza.... It looked no different than a thin crust from any local pizza joint. The toppings didnt even come close to ?The edge? as theyadvertise it, and Some slices were mainly cheese only with maybe a sliver of a pepper.. I had three toppings on this pizza soall slices should have had an even amount of toppings on it? While waiting in the drive thru For someone to help me, it lookedas it they were closed. After waiting almost 5 minutes, I called the location, heard the phone ringing and saw the guy walk upfront to only ignore the phone and go back to what he was doing? No other cars were in the drive thru, in the building or in theparking lot as far as customers so ignoring the phone and the drive thru made no sense? I will never order from them ever again. I understand that they are short handed but the rudeness I don't understand that. My... pizza took almost 2 hrs to get to me. I didn't get everything and that is OK cause it was just ranch and that just $0.70. But Idon't like the so call manager acting like they care. The rudeness that I got from the manager today and the person I talked tolast night. That was not called for. They act like it my fault that people don't want to work their. Telling me well we don'thave enough people to work here. And the so call manager said they will refund me my money. But how you going to do that whenyou don't have my info like my name, number, address, email or card number. You didn't even ask for any of that. So I willnever order from Pizza Hut ever again. Both of my daughters had pretty major surgery so whenever they say they want a particular food, I go get it. When my youngest... daughter said she wanted Pizza Hut pizza I ordered it. She wanted a personal pan pizza and I did not receive that. Instead Ireceived a round pizza and the crust was not flavorful. The pizza was picked up during the allotted time and it was cold and hadthe appearance of a sad frozen pizza. The pizza had little toppings on it. I am disappointed as we are frequent customers butgiven the situation I would have liked the pizza to be good quality so my daughter could/would eat it. Read more
