I'm still not a fan of red lobster. It's always disappointing. Prepackaged, microwaved and bland food. Too expensive for what... you get. As an edit to my review; I had a bad experience with a red lobster in Minnesota and was probably expecting the sameexperience and wasn't wowed by it. The service was good even though short staffed. Food was good, atmosphere was not great butunderstood with current situation. I will give it another chance in the near future. I'm good for now with leaving 4 starsonly. Read more
Shared an enjoyable, simple lunch with a friend. Grilled salmon done just right and upgraded to the tasty lobster topped baked... potato and crispy Brussels sprouts which were actually crispy and delicious! We shared the meal because we wanted to splurge onthe new Meyer Lemon Cake. So glad we did! The staff did their best to keep their customers happy and I must say, they did a finejob working together (with a trainee, too)! A gift card brought me to Red Lobster but those Brussels sprouts will bring me back. Read more
I would rate this a zero star if I could. I've dine at Red Lobster many times but this was the most horrific meal I have ever... had in my life. Just horrible. Great seafood and awesome selection of different kinds of shrimp. They have scrumptious cheddar baked biscuits. They are to die... for. Fast service and friendly staff. Clean restaurant. They have delicious steak that come with two sides. I eat here aboutonce a week. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
Well we had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get a table because the hostess said they were short. After ordering our food we... saw at least 4 waitresses serving food. I ordered some soup. I asked the waitress did crackers come with it and she said yes.Overall her courtesy and politeness was good. Read more
Waitress Faith was phenomenal! We noticed a lot of light colored bugs at a table across from us. We informed the Waitress to... make sure she did not seat anyone there. She reported it to her manager who came over, looked at the table and walked off- hedid not clean the table. ???? We ordered items that were unavailable and had to keep changing our order. The Waitress andcustomer service was nice-that’s it. We love Red Lobster, just won’t go to this location again. Read more

So the wait wasn't bad only 20 minutes ish for a Friday night awesome!! Seated ordered and waited a bit for drinks got them no... straws or silverware no biscuits... Got part of the order in a decent time frame but still no silverware asked server for oneand still waited almost 10 minutes while food was losing temp finally got straws but not enough for all 4 of us... Server forgotwhat my daughter ordered forgot part of my mom's order I had to ask for a refill ordered crab legs didn't get utensils to crackthem didn't get condiments we asked for in the beginning food was room temp or a bit cooler when we were finally able to eatspoke with a manager she didn't seem to care much and seemed annoyed with me complaining did apologize though.... Waitress had acalm manner and was very attentive to the other two tables next to us one coming in after us who got utensils and things of thatnature while we were still waiting prior to them being seated after us...
