I went in on Friday to get my free red cup around 6:30am. I went on the inside because I do not frequent Starbucks on a regular... basis. They were crowded but that didn't bother me. The young lady at the register helped me select a drink and wad verypleasant based on the crowd. I got the Creme Brule and it was absolutely delicious! I had to wait about 15 minutes to get it butI enjoyed the atmosphere and the workers were all upbeat despite the rudeness of some of the patrons. I am going in this morningto get another one! I waited at this store for 40 minutes for 2 refreshers. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Even worse, the app told me my... pickup time was 4:02 and gave me no indication of a delay in pickup times. I didn?t leave that Starbucks until 4:40. I asked awoman behind the counter where my second drink was, roughly 10 minute after receiving my own. She didn?t believe when I told herthere was a second drink in the order, even though they were placed in the SAME order. I understand they can?t help being busy,but the people behind the counter were not moving efficiently and they did not seem to care that me and several others hadwaited the better part of an hour for some stupid drinks. The employee Christina had the nerve to but in me requesting a refund for a tea I ordered and waited 25 mins for, to find it was... never made. Mind you, I put in my order via ?mobile? to avoid being late, to still not get my drink while Christina felt that itwas important to state, that I needed to be understanding, while suppose to be assisting other customers who were alreadywaiting. News flash, everyone?s situation isn?t the same. I paid in advance, it?s not your money and THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYSRIGHT! Incredibly understaffed and slow. I stood at the register for 5 minute without any service. When someone finally came up to take... my order they said it would be 20 minutes before an order would be ready. I'll find somewhere else to get coffee. Read more
The service was exceptional but the price of the food is not worth it. I paid 8 bucks for a small iced coffee and a bagel that... was toasted and I had to put the cream cheese on it. I can do all this at home and save my 8 bucks or even it buy from the storefor less. Read more

I understand that this is an extremely busy season, but this Starbucks needs to reevaluate its operation. The drive thru is... ALWAYS backed up out to the street, the parking lot is impossible to navigate when busy, and drinks are never made on time. I?vehad to leave three times now while waiting for my drink because it had been over 45 minutes and I would have been late for work.The service here isn?t necessarily bad, and I do feel bad that they may be short staffed, but they have a lot to work on.
