Quick visit to Colonie and stepped in to this restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Didn’t want much and the interest shown by... waiter evaporated quickly when the waiter realized this. Ordered the Couscous appetizer and a Sweat Pig pizza. The appetizer wasserved quickly - very nice crunchy on the exterior nice and soft in the interior. Sauces served with it were good. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants generally. Something about having multiple establishments usually means the quality... declines. I love this place though. They make their own beer which is solid and they have an impressive selection of craftbeers. I love the pizza here. It’s crispy and flavorful just the way I like it. Read more
The food was great! Loved the sriracha queso with the chili???????????? It was delish! Hands down, the spotlight goes to the... bartender who hooked it up! ???????? Most establishments won't give you or don't understand bourbon ice (one big ice cube) buthe nailed it and didn't water down my drink. Fabulous!! ???????? He also made sure to inquire with my server if every drink wasto my satisfaction ???????????????? The server, although very nice wasn't attentive at all. They were out of a few things that we wanted to try like calamari and the Moscow mule drink that I wanted. We ended up trying... the pork dumplings which tasted good and a Long Island ice tea which was nice. For dinner I ordered the bacon and brisket burgerwhich I throughly enjoyed. Overall there's a nice atmosphere but you could definitely tell they were understaffed. Garlic parmesan chicken wings, avocado egg rolls appetizers were awesome, bjs classic rib eye with chimichurri sauce was yummy... and stomach full, lemon thyme chicken was so smooth the chicken felt like butter smooth and santa fe salad was refreshing.Totally all dishes were really good Read more
