Great good. Quick bite to eat we had a gift card we had to use. This was my first time at a chili's I had steak loaded mashed... and asparagus my meal was cooked to my liking everything was great. My husband had one of the speciality burgers that he alsoenjoyed. We had some of the 2 for 1 beers to drink. Our server was so friendly. The only issue I have is that our food come outbefore our appetizer did. Another server dropped our food off to us and our server came by a minute later with the app and sheapologizeling for the order everything came out. But all in all a great visit and good food. I should have paid more attention to the reviews before coming here with my family for some birthday dessert. Upon walking in,... the entire place looked a mess and smelt odd. We thought since we were only going to be there for dessert - it shouldn?t be sobad. Boy, we were wrong. Keeping aside the dirty floor and tables, the molten lava cake and skillet chocolate chip cookie were amajor let down. As someone who has had these both desserts countless of times at various other locations, the cookie in theskillet was completely raw and there was barely any ice cream on the molten lava cake. The cake was also barely warm which tellsme it wasn?t cooked properly as it was leaking liquid. The one star is for the server who was polite, kind and had a smile onher face. This was my first experience at Chili's and it was underwhelming. We went in for a late lunch (2pm-ish) and the restaurant was... not busy at all. The smell of cleaning products and BO was an unwelcome introduction, but we were seated quickly and drinksfollowed shortly thereafter. Ordered a burger for myself and a salad for my wife. I requested that certain toppings be held offthe burger and was told that would not be a problem. The food was served surprisingly quickly, which was nice as we were wantingto resume our trip as quickly as possible. The salad was inedible and we had to send it back. The cook didn't hold back thetoppings as I'd asked but I was hungry and dealt with removing them myself. Fries were very mediocre and unseasoned. Our serverwas very friendly and understanding and made sure we weren't charged for the salad. Overall, I'd only return if there was noother option. Perhaps it was timing, but the order wasn't complicated and the food quality was "meh" at best. Read more
What can I say? Below is a $14.00 shrimp ceasar salad.... couldn't even give me a full handful of lettuce, which 1/3 of it was... brown and had an aweful taste to it...had to throw half of it out, I couldn't eat it. Staff was not at all thrilled that i wasthere, could not have cared less in assisting me, too bored to even make eye contact. This is now the second out of three times,first time at least had fresh lettuce..... it's close to work, they have salads, and I can walk there on my lunch break, onlyreason why I even bother but this place is garbage. I should have known what my experience would be once I walked through the door and saw how disgusting the restaurant looked,... including the people that worked there. While waiting in the take-out area, you could clearly see into the kitchen, which was anabsolute disaster (counters were filthy, food all over the floor, people not wearing masks/gloves, etc). I even saw an employeegrabbing fries from some place off the counter, put it in her hand and eat from it. Red flags everywhere but unfortunately therewere no other food options open that "late" in this "city" (it was 9pm, but everything was already closed). I get its towardsthe end of the night, but...ok, so got the food, got to my hotel hoping that my salad was safe. Nope - my salad should havebeen green, that's basic, but it was not and all wet and wilted. I get that no one probably orders salad at this place but thereis no excuse for me getting what I got. The lettuce was brown and slimy, the avocado was brown and spotted with mold everywhere,there were no other vegetables included and ultimately it was completely not edible (pictures attached!). So I obviously didn'teat any of it and that went straight into the trash. Also ordered sliders, which was never in the bag. Instead was a few chickenpieces in a plastic box and a small container or random rice. I have no idea what that was supposed to be. So that was a wastetoo. At the end of the day, we were starving and had no dinner to eat, but maybe that was a blessing in disgusting disguisebecause no human being should eat at this establishment.
