Food sat on watming shelf for seversl minutes and was finally given to us lukewarm. My friend's order was messed up, she was... given a four chicken strip meal instead of a six. My parents just told me that this was here a couple of months ago. Thrilled to have a DQ around again. Staff is so pleasant and... very helpful all the time. Peices are high and the food presentation is the worse. Have been here many times and every time the food is put together... sloppy. Poor presentation, get staff that care a bit Update- went back today 3/26/21- the woman at the window was very nice,the woman behind her was not. My order was supposed to be $20, they only charged $10. I said that is not enough, the other womanwas very rude and said that's the right price. Ordered 3 blizzards yesterday on September 6th. Two weren't blended at all and the one that was supposed to be cherry chocolate... chip was not cherry but strawberry. I absolutely hate strawberries so that was a waste. Very disappointed. Read more
