Man this place can't get it right. $18 basic burrito for really really undercooked rice. Came here 1 year ago and the soda... machine was broken, it was still broken today. Go eat somewhere else Read more
Won't be coming back. The woman on the line didn't know how to make a quesadilla.. they use these "new bags" for chips which is... a teeny tiny brown bag, smaller than your "typical" brown bag, they will not give you extra chips. Even with a nachos order anda cup of queso. I was told the "president" of the company is watching the cameras and they have to ration their chips now. Mindyou this is at 530pm and they had 3 huge container of chips already fried to last the rest of the night as well. I asked if Icould pay for extra chips and was told no "because they're free" but also they couldn't give me any extra which is comical. Alsothey rang me up wrong and I had to correct the order in the screen. As a previous manager of a Moes, this location is lackingprofusely. In both operational stand point and customer service standpoint. I highly suggest the Franchise owner take a waltz inone day and see what they are doing at this location, I'm sure you'll find some serious changes that need to be made. Read more
Ground beef tacos were inedible.. they were spicy it made me gag... possibly too much seasoning on the meat. The white meat... chicken was soooo salty but at least edible. The soda machine hadn't been cleaned and the lines seemed clogged.. my husbandsprayed soda everywhere because of this. There was a To Go order that has been sitting on the counter since the day before (weoverheard them talking) when we left we just prayed to not get food poisoning... so far so good!!! Read more
As soon as we exited our car in front of Moes, their was empty take out and many vivid masks on the pavement. Tried to find a... table to eat at. I counted 7 dirty tables. A pile of tocos on the floor and walked through.. I did tell the workers about it andshe cleaned it up. There was at least 4 workers behind the counter. Read more
