Hard to leave a review when we didn’t even get a chance to eat the food. Arrived on a Saturday evening with a reservation and... apparently that was never entered into the system. Nonetheless, there was no wait and we were seated. However after about 10-15minutes of being seated the waitress finally came over. Oh but wait, let me grab a pen so I can take your order. We both orderedburgers and after a couple minutes the waitress returned to ask my wife how she wanted her burger cooked (she had asked aboutmine during the actual order). Seems to me like a question you may ask when taking the order? Also read our drinks back to usincorrect and had to be corrected. After now almost 20 minutes we still had no drinks and the entire staff seemed a bit allover. We had to make the decision to leave otherwise we would have missed our event. I think the management here needs to have ahard and long sit down with staff to get everyone on the same page. Such a shame as the food smelled good. Read more
Opened ten minutes late but the cuisine was so delicious it made up for that minor delay. My waitress, Eliana, was a great... hostess as well, never an empty glass of lemonade. The dining experience was so exciting I had to stop and take a picture (so itwill last longer, lol). I'm originally from the West and lived in the south....I know Bar-B-Q and this was REAL BBQ. Good barbeque. Ribs were a touch dry side, so was the pulled pork in the sandwich. But everything was solid in the taste... department. Good sauce selection. Great sides. Cornbread not included but their garlic bread is very tasty. Service is hit ormiss however. Most servers are slow to respond. Last time it took 15 minutes between dropping off to-go boxes with the check(she knew we were done) and coming back to get my credit card. BBQ is slow cooked. This means it's done and ready. It took overhalf an hour for a table of 5. There were at least 3 or 4 servers and no more than 12 tables seated. Not sure why it's so slow. Read more
The food was amazing, our waitress was great! I asked her to have them make me a different kinda drink then was on the menus... and it was delicious! Me and my husband rarely EVER get out on a date night without the kids and this was the perfect place.Laid back vibe but nice enough you can dress up a bit if you want . We got mild Buffalo wings( the sauce was a perfect...it wasthe right mix between make my lips tingle hot but not where i was grasping for a drink) , pulled pork nachos, and sirloin (which was cooked perfectly rare like I asked for ) . Welcome to smoky bones where you do there bogo special and don’t even get half your order and then they don’t put any sauces... on them including dry rubs and the manager tells you we put it in the cup for you to rub on your wings. Great customer servicewere you pay someone to give you the ingredients to make your own food. Read more
Went here for our Anniversary, its been years since my last visit and what a great decision it was. The atmosphere and the staff... were friendly and relaxing,they greeted us immediately,I loved it. The ribs were phenomenal, slid right off the bone !! Thesweet potato fries were also Delish !!! We will be returning. My new favorite place to eat out. Read more
Decided to finally try this place out, and it was NOT worth it. We did not receive half of our order (Mac & cheese and our... drinks) and THIS is what I received. Potato wedges were burnt to a crisp and raw in the middle, and my burger was ice cold andhad absolutely no toppings. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid for this. DO NOT GO HERE !! Read more
