Food was good and the young man that delivered my food was very courteous and very polite.
Stopped by this location when I was PCSing from California to Maryland. My order was short a fry and a tot. Told the staff got... into an argument with me about it then proceed to send a staff member to my car to check my car to see if we had the fry andtot?.which my three kids are in the car and are confused about what is going on. This is so unprofessional and I?m disappointedat the customer service of this location. However I will say there was an older lady Natalia who did apologize for the lack ofcustomer service to us before we left. Read more

I ordered food and Took approximately 15 minutes. I had my car running for a few minutes but then cut I my car off. The radio... stays on for 10 minutes after turning the car off, so well over 10 minutes to get my food. I opened my burger and instead of adouble I got a single. The hamburger patty was hard. The patty was also salty. I was already upset just watching the workersdeliver food to customers. They walked slow and there was no pep in their step. I was upset seeing that. The car next to megot their order before me. I understand if they get something simple but it was frustrating waiting so long just for hamburgerand fries. Lastly, My fries were stale and cold. The food was simply disgusting. This was on Easter Sunday Between430pm-500pm. I didn't go back because I was on a road trip. I wasn't going to turn around. Yes, I should've checked before Ileft but I was on a time limit. I trusted the system. I saw a hamburger and fries in the bag and I left. I think Corporateshould look at this store. My husband and I drove from Texas to CA and back. We stopped at this Sonic for both ways. Both times the burgers tasted amazing... and were made exactly the way I asked (light on the mustard and ketchup). The tator tots were crispy and salty. The grapeslushies with nerds were filled with yummy nerds and we enjoyed them! The burgers though. They were so yummy and good for theroad trip. The waitresses were both extremely sweet and helpful.
