Just left this location and am not happy ! Ordered my food and everything was fine. Until some guy outside wanted to print my... receipt and when asked which fried chicken I wanted and I said nuggets for my salad so the guy proceeded to say he neededrecharge my card for what? I have no idea. I asked why they said that’s how the system works. IF I ALREADY PAID WHY ARE YOUCHARGING ME AGAIN?! Went to window and they said the same but I refused to charge my card again at the window as well. Guy keptsaying I would get my money back and they needed to charge again which makes no sense!!! Card is still charge not once but twiceand I have yet to get my money back. Oh yeah! THEY NEVER EVEN PUT NUGGETS ON THE SALAD!!! Still had the filet so all of thatcould have been avoided. As always, the food and service was great. They never forget to let you know that it is "their pleasure" to assist you. The food... is always freshly made. The rewards that you can get for being a frequent customer really do add up, it's a good feeling to geta free item or two on occasion. I also appreciate the special rewards that the current owner of this location adds to youraccount every now and then. The last freebie was a choice of 3 different chicken sandwiches. Read more

Honestly, every time I come to the Chick-fil-A in which I used to be faithful, the food is either super unfresh. Or like today I... placed my order 30 minutes before I arrived and sat in the line until breakfast was over and which when I got to the window Iwas told they’re not gonna be able to fulfill my order though I pre-ordered it. This is the second time this has happened andI have to go hungry because I do not like their lunch because again it is not fresh. It’s very frustrating to pre-order foodarrive on time and wait in a line so long that you don’t even get your order. Literally the worst experience coming to theChick-fil-A every single time last time I came they made me pick my food up in store. I wasn’t even addressed for 20 minutesstanding there. I’m so very sick and tired of this place and I will not be returning now.. Read more
