Got to chilies had to drive around till a spot was available. Once spot was available pulled in and checked in. I was there... within the time limit still had to wait for a while. Finally had to go in. I wasn't the only one who had to go in. The poorgirl was trying to get the orders out. My problem wasn't the waiting. My issue was that my burger was over cooked and cold. The fries were also cold and tasted as if they had been sitting there for awhile. Needless to say it was very disappointing to saythe least. If you guys can't handle curbside don't offer it. Cold (we were early and drove 1 minute across the road- literally) - nothing correct - not even silverware no ketchup - even tho... both were ordered- 2 pieces of lettuce for their croutons ? I mean salad? don?t even get me started whats in that corner of my?steak and fries?- rest of the order was wrong too! Called to ask them to remake it (cuz they would have if I ate there) but nothey won?t- they will just give me credit coupons for later (WHY would I want to go back??) looks unappealing all around - wasso bad my kids couldn?t eat - that ?quesadilla ? is brisket by the way if you were thinking of ordering it - and that babyhamburger that looks like a burnt hockey puck tasted like one to. Such a friendly team of staff. The food came fast and done exactly as everyone wanted. It was a clean, calm and relaxing... environment. The lighting was perfect. The menu was filled with lots of wonderful choices, I wanted a little of everything. Theribs and the loaded mashed were so excellent, I highly recommend them.
