I had a terrible experience in the Drive-Thru. I ordered my food and then we left, and got home between 15 and 20 minutes after... picking it up. We opened the bag and we were shorted four items, we were charged incorrectly, given the wrong change. And when Icontacted the company about it and said I want to be contacted to speak to somebody about this incident, their response was tosend me a $5 coupon to go back to this place to give them more of my money. I literally was shorted four items I was chargedlike $8 more than I should have been, so quite frankly I was robbed! And they didn't have the decency to call it a robbery. Notto mention I doubt highly that it was even investigated and the person's that robbed me still work there, and probably have ademon heard that they were caught. I have no faith that this was rectified, or ever will be. But my family and I will never gothere again! Read more
Ooh this is a good one. I felt so bad that they were getting yelled at by some of the folks in front of me. It did take a... minute, but it was well worth it. I know some folks were upset and don't get the state of the workplace at the moment, but ifthey don't by now they never will. Shame on you if you are working class and treat any of these folks that way! I told themthere but I will say it again. You keep doing the great job you are! I don't care about fast. This particular del Taco was a horrible experience, I'm sorry but in my reviews I just tell it like it is if it's good it's good... if it's bad it's bad and I will let you know. It took forever to go through the drive-thru and there were only two cars and onewas mine. When we got our order absolutely nothing about it was correct! Thank goodness we checked before we left, we had topark our car go in and explain that our order was completely wrong. The manager came over and at first she was at leastacknowledging the mistake but then when we realized that they put that awful sauce on our tacos that we clearly stated did notwant,???? she immediately got an attitude rude at that???? and told us to give her the food back and she will throw it in thetrash which is horrible with all the hungry people in Colorado Springs it could have been saved in a refrigerator and given tosomeone who looked hungry coming in with no money. She took our correct order and I saw them starting to make it and again theyput that horrible sauce on the tacos I had to say stop do not put that in our order! She immediately got another rude attitudetold the workers to make exactly what we wanted as I watched never said I'm sorry never said anything but here is your food I donot suggest to go there ever!!!! ????
